FAQ

What is a fancall?

A short one-on-one video call with an idol, usually a few minutes, held as an album release event. Fans register by buying the album during the event period, then winners are drawn and contacted by the organiser.

How often is the schedule updated?

Every day. Events whose registration has closed are removed automatically.

Why is an event I saw elsewhere missing?

We only list events with a confirmed registration deadline. If we cannot confirm it, we leave it out rather than risk showing a closed event as open. DM us and we will check it for you.

Can you promise I will get a spot?

No. Winners are selected by the event organiser. Anyone who promises a fancall spot is not telling you the truth.

How do I ask about an event?

Send “SLOT” to @b1asl0g on Instagram with the group or member you want. We reply to every message.

Do you speak languages other than English?

We reply in English. Feel free to write in your own language and we will do our best.
